Despite the many obstacles put in our path by the Covid-19 global pandemic, we have begun holding workshops in full compliance with regulations and taking the utmost care to protect everyone involved from exposure to the virus.
We are fully committed to moving forward with the DigiTeRRI co-creation project, using an RRI approach to build a framework and roadmaps for a responsible transition to self-sustaining, digitalised industrial R&I ecosystems. Workshops are a key step in addressing the challenges in the interplay between business, academia, government and society, part of the process that will promote resilience within these new, digitalized R&I ecosystems.
The Styria Vision Workshop was held on 29 October at the Stadtsaal in Bruck an der Mur, Austria. Thirteen stakeholders took part, with all participants remaining vigilant about Covid-related protective measures throughout. The contributors were separated into three groups to workshop issues and collaborate together in generating ideas. The results of these extremely fruitful discussions will now be honed down into one vision and will help advance the project to the next stage.
